Thank you for sharing! Like you wrote, it can be inspiring. Everyone talks about morning routines which is great. I would love to feel inspired by evening routines (not just the bedtime window) But from the moment a person walks through the door from work, dinner, after dinner…I find these evening hours tricky and when most unwanted habits creep in. Especially with eating, drinking, scrolling…all those self soothing “techniques” and lack of willpower. Why they call that early evening witching hour right? I feel you would have a lot of wisdom to share especially with your experience overcoming an eating disorder. It could be very inspiring and helpful. Thanks Nicole!
That is actually a really great topic for me to write about bc the wheels can definitely fall off during those hours if there’s no “routine” to guide how the evening goes! Thank you for your suggestion, I will share :)
Hi thank you for sharing your routine! I too am an early riser. I love the quiet time b4 everyone else gets up. I have room temp glass of water, use my jade roller right out of the freezer and then fill my water bottle for the day. Then for me it’s down to the basement to do some form of workout. It’s either something from the peloton app or a Melissa wood heath class of some sort. A quick 10 meditation from peloton app and it’s off to the shower and start my day! Love getting all that in before everyone is up. No interruptions! I get dressed and ready for the day then finish of my routine usually with a breakfast smoothie or chia pudding. Off to work I go!
That is such a great routine!!!! And agree, sometimes that time alone in the morning bf everyone gets up is the only peace and quiet for the day! I love the frozen jade roller idea, I think I will try that, it sounds GLORIOUS! 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you for sharing. I too am an early riser (between 4-5am). It is essential for me to start my day with nature and my 3 dogs. I enjoy my cup of coffee outside watching my dogs run and play, living their best life. Then I go on a nice long walk in the woods (even in inclement weather) with my husband and our dogs. This allows me to spend quality time with my husband, connect with nature, be present, and to give thanks for all of my many blessings. I am then ready to start my work day even happier and with a positive mindset.
Loving all the positive things you've set up in your morning and for the day! Smart moves - I do some of them too and it really does work. The habit stacking helps! Thanks for sharing!
Love this and I’m an early riser as well! As a nurse, I’ve been getting up early for 15 plus years and then when I had my son, I realized that in order to be my best self for him, I needed a little time before the day started to do something for myself. I get in so sort of movement and this gets my body and mind ready for the day!
How often is bacon served?
Every single sunday!

I have warm water right away when I wake up and either go outside for some sunshine on my face or sit on the couch looking out the window.
YESSSSSS!! That fresh air! Bliss!

Yes!!! And when the morning is rushed and I can’t do these things for whatever reason, my day is definitely off!
