Being on camera every day isn’t for everyone. The moment you put yourself out to millions of people, the comments come in. 99.9% are positive—it’s you guys—my community—complimenting my skin, hair, and nails. And then of course there is the .1% that rears its ugly head once in a while, giving unsolicited opinions that are mean and hurtful. And because our brains are literally wired to hold onto the negative opinions more than the positive ones (even though I know damn well that I look amazing for 44), I’ve shied away from sharing the full breakdown of cosmetic treatments I’ve had.
But not anymore. Today I am sharing all the things I do to my face/skin (along with their benefits) so that I feel most confident. I’ll also tell you what things are a waste of money so you don’t make the same mistakes I have. Because let’s face it, all this shiz is costly.
