If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love a good viral trend. I test almost all of them and that’s because I think it is SO FUN when creators come up with something unique. When I saw the crispy onion ring “chips” floating around on Instagram, I knew this one was a must-make. AND OMG, they are heavenly. If you like onion on your pizza, then yes, you need to make these. I adore salmon—it’s my favorite fish and I could eat it every night of the week. I created this recipe last month and filmed it with my friend
when I was visiting LA. The video received over 1 million views across platforms and the number of remakes has been astounding! The creamy sauce pairs perfectly with the umami glazed fish and we served it over rice, making it the perfect well rounded meal. My mouth is watering just thinking about this dish.
