My body is no stranger to changes over the years, as I’m sure many women experience in their lives. From struggling with an eating disorder for years, to struggling with heightened cortisol (more about that and how I lowered it here), to my current era of building serious, visible muscle, I’ve been through many different versions of my own body. The one thing that has always remained constant: people have opinions.

The changes in my body this past year have been a result of getting strong, becoming what I’m quickly and affectionately referring to as a Muscle Mommy. I’m owning that shit.

Today, I’m sharing a little bit about how people tend to have thoughts no matter what YOUR body is going through, plus exactly what I’ve been doing to build this muscle.
