This was delicious. I eyeballed amounts to make it smaller serving than 10 people and it was still ridiculously good and springy. And I love that I can take ingredients from the recipe and keep them separated for my kid who wouldn’t eat something tahini flavored 😝
This looks great. I would love to find out more about your process in developing sauces. This is something I always struggle with and feel like I come up short. Do you follow a formula? Do you think of what you want in the end and then deconstruct from there? I would just love to find out more since you both seem to have that skill nailed down. Thanks!
