Happy second week of January! If you’re feeling a mix of motivated, overwhelmed, and already tired of thinking about what’s for dinner… you’re not alone.
I feel like January always feels a little stressful. Everyone has new goals, new routines, and new expectations. Suddenly, it feels like you’re supposed to wake up on January 1st as a brand-new person who meal plans perfectly and drinks green juice before sunrise.
That doesn’t mean I don’t love a fresh start. I love the intentionality that can come with the new year, but it’s easy to let it get out of control and start to feel restricted instead of freeing. This meal plan is my way of keeping January grounded, realistic, and actually helpful.
