What I Eat For A Strong, Leaner, Toned Body
And surprise, it doesn't involve counting calories! 🙅🏻♀️
You guys frequently ask what I eat in a day and it’s a topic I casually dodge, and for good reason—I think “what I eat in a day” content can be triggering for those like me that had past eating disorders, or members of the KJ community that currently struggle with their relationship with food. If that is you, simply bypass this post.
I also don’t want you to think that if you eat what I eat, you will have the same results, when the reality is that body composition is the product of many different factors, such as age, hormones, activity level and so much more. And in my case, no two days of eating are the same.
That said, I want to be transparent with you. I lost quite a bit of weight over the course of the year and many of you have asked how. Losing weight wasn’t intentional. I was just feeling sluggish, bloated all the time, moody, and overly stressed. My body was speaking to me. So I made some pretty big shifts in my diet and exercise routine with the sole purpose of feeling better. The byproduct of that was weight loss, and feeling stronger and healthier in my body.
