Your April 19 meal plan is here.
The recipes, the grocery list, and a Sunday prep plan.
Friends, these Sheet Pan Beef Kebabs I made recently are kind of a big deal for me. My dad made kebabs seasoned just like this all the time growing up so I decided to set out to make a sheet pan version. Cumin, paprika, Aleppo pepper, ground beef pressed onto a pan and broiled until the edges caramelize, wrapped in lavash with a sumac salad and yogurt sauce. This one is definitely a winner and you need to try it if you haven’t yet.
The rest of the week is just as good. For lunch, we’ve got a Chicken Tikka Crispy Rice Salad—spiced chicken thighs, crispy rice tossed in garam masala and turmeric, and a creamy yogurt-mint dressing that holds up in the fridge for days.
The Marry Me Chickpeas are a 20-minute one-pot dinner that earns its name every single time (better get that ring ready!). And the Ground Beef Ramen Bowls are there for the night you need something fast and super satisfying without a lot of thought behind it. Just 15 minutes! Everyone’s got that right?!
There’s also a breakfast and a snack in here that are both easy to make — once you prep them on Sunday you never have to think about either one again for the rest of the week.
Below you’ll find everything you need—the recipes, the grocery list, and a few tips to make the week run smoother. This week’s plan includes:
