Friends, three of the recipes in this week’s plan went up on the blog in the last few weeks and I’ve already been making them on repeat. The Sizzling Ginger Scallion Sea Bass is one of the most recent creations that you need to try if you haven’t yet! The sea bass gets glazed in miso and honey, baked on a sheet pan, and finished with a hot sizzling sauce poured right over the top that blooms the scallions and ginger instantly.

This recipe looks and tastes restaurant-level and comes together in under 30 minutes—you really can’t beat that! The Ginger Lime Turkey Bowls and the Sloppy Joe Sweet Potato Bowls round out the dinners and both make it onto the table in 25 minutes or less.

Lunch is my Fattoush Salad with Chicken—a recipe that is close to my heart. My dad made fattoush all the time when I was growing up and it was on our dinner table constantly. My version adds chicken and baked pita chips and holds up great in the fridge all week.

And then, of course, there’s a breakfast and snack recipe in here that I think you’ll really love. Both are super easy and can be made on Sunday and last all week.

Below you’ll find everything you need—the recipes, the grocery list, and a few tips to make the week run smoother. This week’s plan includes:

  • 1 breakfast

  • 1 lunch

  • 3 dinners

  • 1 snack

Click into any recipe below for the full recipe.

Serves 10 slices | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 1 hour

Ripe bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, and maple syrup blended smooth, mixed into almond flour and baking soda, then layered over sautéed cinnamon apples and baked until golden. This High Protein Cinnamon Apple Banana Bread is naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and soft enough to eat all week.

tips & swaps

  • Honeycrisp apples hold up best when sautéed — they don’t go mushy

  • Let it cool completely before slicing for clean cuts

  • Wrap individual slices and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months

  • The riper the bananas, the better — the sweetness comes from them
