Your August 9 meal plan is here.
The recipes, the grocery list, and a Sunday prep plan.
Friends, I am still in London with the boys and we are having the BEST time (more to come from the trip when we get back!), but I would never leave you without a meal plan, so here we are!!
This week’s lineup is a GOOD one. There are two dinners that are some of the best things I’ve made this year. I’m so excited to finally get them into a meal plan, plus a lunch that I’ve eaten a lot since first creating it. It includes a whopping 60 grams of protein per serving. YUP, you read that correctly.
Breakfast this week is something a little different — quinoa instead of oats — and they only take 10 minutes to prep. Do NOT knock it til you try it. The snack this week is simple in terms of technicality, but incredible in terms of flavor.
Below you’ll find everything you need—the recipes, the grocery list, and a few tips to make the week run smoother. This week’s plan includes:
1 breakfast
1 lunch
3 dinners
1 snack

tips & swaps
The quinoa will thicken as it cools — add a splash of almond milk when reheating to loosen it back up
Maple syrup can be swapped for honey if that’s what you have or prefer
Top with sliced banana, blueberries, or whatever fruit is in rotation right now
